Haimaru chestnut round tray by Tomii Takashi
This round tray is hand made by artisan Tomii Takashi in his studio in Shigaraki Japan.
The tray is made of solid Japanese chestnut which is hand picked by Takashi-san.
It is then hand turned into a solid deep tray. The edges show the depth of the beautiful chestnut wood grain.
The tray is finished with a handpolishing using rice bran. You can continue to oil the tray as necessary.
